Kirstin Bounds

Kirstin Bounds is an energetic and passionate HR professional with a focus on training, development, and coaching. As the Training Manager at Primary Health Care, she designs and leads a variety of programs—from onboarding and leadership development to customer service and workflow training—to help staff grow and improve patient care.

She holds a Bachelor's in Mass Media from Illinois State University and a Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. She's also certified as an Enneagram Leadership Trainer and Coach and loves sharing this powerful tool with others.

Kirstin lives in downtown Des Moines with her two cats, Squirt and Leah. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends and family, going to live music shows, thrifting, and exploring all the fun spots around DSM!

Moises Castellanos is a passionate advocate for building meaningful partnerships and believes in the power of collaboration to create lasting impact. As a key member of the Marketing team at Primary Health Care, he brings enthusiasm and a deep commitment to community-focused work.

Fluent in Spanish and English, Moises connects with diverse audiences and strengthens communication in his role. He earned a degree in Marketing and International Business from Grand View University and brings a global perspective to his work. Originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, he values his close-knit family.

In his free time, Moises enjoys biking, kayaking, photography, journaling, and spending time with loved ones—especially over game nights filled with board and card games.

Rylee Junk-Wittwer

Rylee Junk-Wittwer is a passionate and dedicated advocate from Waverly, Iowa, committed to making a positive impact in her community. As a member of the Marketing team at Primary Health Care, she leads the organization’s social media efforts and produces The Beat, a weekly internal show that keeps employees connected and informed with the latest updates. 


Rylee holds a degree in Psychology with a minor in Sexuality, Women, and Gender from the University of Northern Iowa. Outside of her professional work, Rylee is happily married to her best friend, Shi, and together they share their lives with their beloved furry companions: Fenway, Ava, Mac, and Cheese. When she's not at work, you'll likely find Rylee enjoying quality time with her family, both human and furry!
